3.0 Procedure

3.1 Body Formation:

Prepare a huge piece of cardboard. For the base, cut a dimension of 399mm x 206mm
from the cardboard. Cut a dimension of 399mm x 92mm from the cardboard for the left
and right side of the car body. After creating both left and right side of the car body, use a
pencil to mark the drilling position (refer to Diagram 3.1.1). Drill the marked area with
11mm diameter drill to drill the left and right cardboard. Cut a dimension of 206mm x
92mm from the cardboard for the front and back side of the car body. For the upper part
of the car body, cut a dimension of 399mm x 206mm from the cardboard and within the
399mm x 206mm dimension, cut another dimension of 181mm x 171mm. Ensure that the
smaller dimension (181mm x 171mm) is 58mm away from the front side of the car body
and it is located at the center between the left and right side of the car body (refer to
Diagram 3.1.2). For the cover at the top of the car body, cut a dimension of 172mm x
60mm.

3.2 Axle and Wheel Preparation:

Prepare 2, 250mm wooden sticks with a diameter of 10mm as the axles. Prepare 8 discs
with a diameter of 120mm and the diameter of the hole is 15mm.

3.3 Assembly Body Parts:

Apply hot glue gun around the edges of the base and stick the front, back, left and right
side of the body of the car perpendicularly upward to the respective edges (refer to
Diagram 3.3.1). Hold all the sides and apply more hot glue to ensure the cardboard sticks
and wait for the hot glue to cool down while holding the sides. After that, apply hot glue
to the edges of the 4 cardboards (left, right, front and back) and stick the edges together.
Wait for the hot glue to cool down. Now apply hot glue around the edges of the upper
body part of the car and stick it to the front, back, left and right side of the body car
perpendicularly. At the upper part of the body, stick the 172mm x 41mm cardboard
perpendicularly to the frontal edge of the 181mm x 171mm with the cello tape (refer to
Diagram 3.3.2). After the car body is built, tape all the corners and edges of the car using
cello tape to ensure that the car body is stable (refer to Diagram 3.3.3). At the lower part
of the car, insert the wooden sticks into the drilled holes and make sure that the lengths of
the wooden sticks are equal on all sides. Add 2 discs on each side of the wooden sticks
and apply hot glue to the disc holes and the wooden sticks until the disc holes are covered
with the hot glue and wait for the hot glue to cool down while holding the discs. Make
sure the wooden sticks are located at the centre of the disc holes and the distance between
the 2 discs are 5mm apart.
