So after current delay ends and you finally answer please,
just tell me if you can help or not.
Honestly i ask for help here, i get nothing, i go to the
forums, mods lock my thread and tell me to go to tech
support again.
I get assigned Jin K. he doesn't care, ignores me for 3
weeks. Now you're assigned this ticket. You ask me if i still
have a problem and after i say that i do, another 5 days
of no reply...

So please in next message no questions, just tell me if it


is possible to get any support from tech support or i'm
wasting my time.

Sorry to be rude but this is beyond malpractice. A month


of waiting for literally nothing.

Hello again,
listen is there still any chance to get any help?
I don't want to be rube, but its been like 5 days since i
posted this ticket and after all those tests i had to do,
only advice i got was to restart my computer. I mean if
there is no solution that you know of that could help, just
tell me. Because i am waiting 24~36 hours for a reply
that might not even come...

Hi,
nothing changed. Besides i had way worse internet
connection few months ago. It used to be about ~1 Mbs
download speed, now its ~8 Mbs i'm referring to
download speed on steam/torrent etc. And i had 140
ping with older internet. Even thought i had lower pings
60~80 in other games i mentioned in the first message,
after i upgraded my internet all pings went down to
30~40. Expect for HoN it stayed 140~ despite the
increased internet speed. It's why i'm not sure what might
be the problem.

Staff Hi Jurgis,

Can you please try power restarting your peripherals?

This involves:

1. Turning off your computer and disconnecting any


devices that may be connecting to your router.
2. Switch off your router.
3. Turn off the router and any devices including
computers at the Wall switch.
4. Please allow up to 1015 minutes for a full power
restart.
5. Turn on the wall switch for all devices.
6. Wait 5 minutes for the router to establish a solid
connection.
7. Power on/connect all remaining devices to the router.

reaching 500 or more pings on each.

Hello,
I'm having trouble with constant high ping 130~140 ms
in European server. I'm from Lithuania.
My internet:

So if i'm not missing anything, my pc and internet
connection is more than enough, plus i'm not lagging on
any other game, LoL, Dota2, CS:GO etc.
So i was wondering if there is something that can be
done to maybe reduce the ping.
