RECIPE
(10- 12 servings)

Ingredients:
- 7,8 oz flour
- 14 oz sugar
- 1,2 oz cocoa
- 4 fl oz sunflower oil
- 6,7 fl oz milk
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp vanilla essence
- 2 eggs
- 8 fl oz boiling water

For the topping:


- 3,5 oz chocolate
- 3,3 fl oz whipping cream
Preheat the oven to 350F
In a bowl mix the flour with the cocoa, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Add the oil, milk, eggs, and vanilla essence. Lastly, incorporate the boiling water.
Cover the bottom of a cake mold with wax paper and brush with butter. Pour the
chocolate mixture in it and bake for 45 minutes, or until if you insert a knife, it
comes out dry.
For the covering, heat the whipping cream in the microwave 45 seconds, and mix with
the chopped chocolate. Let it rest for 1 minute, then stir until the chocolate has
completely melted.
Cover the sponge cake with the chocolate, and refrigerate for 2 hours or until the
topping solidifies.
