Zinc to IS:209/1992 and RDSO Spec No ETI/OHE/13 [4/84] with A and C slip Nos 1,2 and
3 or latest for Galvanization. One set of TTC assembly consists of TTU- 10.135m long-1
No[784.876 Kg], TTK-1 and 2, 1 set [87.668 Kg], TTB 5.5M boom,1 No.[281.271 Kg].
Approximate total wt of one set of TTC [5.5 M Boom] 1.153815 MT. MC 250 mm x 82 mm
and MC 150 mm x 75 mm shall be used.

Zinc to IS:209/1992 and RDSO Spec No ETI/OHE/13 [4/84] with A and C slip Nos 1,2 and 3
or latest for Galvanization. One set of TTC assembly consists of TTU,10.135m long-1
No[784.876 Kg], TTK-1 and 2,1 set [87.668 Kg], TTB 8.0M,1 No.[382.560 Kg]. Approximate
total wt of one set of TTC [8.0 M Boom] 1.255104 MT. MC 250 mm x 82 mm and MC 150
mm x 75 mm shall be used.

B. Eligibility Criteria

1 [1] Railway reserves the right to procure full or bulk quantity from CORE approved sources approved for relevant item[s]. Firm should submit the valid CORE approval certificate. [2] Unloading
at site to be done by the firm with their cost. In case, the firm/firms is/are not agreeing to this condition, their offer[s] is/are liable to be passed over.

4 Purchaser shall be entitled to increase / decrease the order quantity by 30 percent anytime during the currency of the contract such that the contractor has reasonable time/notice for executing

such increase/decrease. The increase inquantity with respect to the tender quantity can be done even at the time of ordering and the tenderer shall be bound to accept the quantity so ordered
on the basis of his original offer.The purchaser shall be entitled to exercise plus 30 percent option in one or more than one instalment as long as the total variation in quantity does not exceed
the limit of 30 percent of ordered quantity. Any increase of quantity under option clause after expiry of delivery period can be considered with the consent of the firm/contractor. While operating
option clause, quantity can be ordered on any one of the consignees of Odisha if at least one of the consignees of Odisha exists in the PO for which same rate has been taken

5 Whether you are Large scale Industry or consortia of MSEs formed by NSIC, if yes, please indicate quantum of sub contracts given to Micro and Small Enterprises (in percent of order value)

6 Entry Tax is applicable in state of Odisha Hence firms are advised to quote as per Sr No. 15 of General Condition of Tender in ECoR/Stores documents available in IREPS Site

7 SVC if applicable is to be specifically quoted. In case not quoted specifically, the same will not be applicable.

8 Material to be delivered directly to consignee on door delivery basis or by road on door delivery basis.

9 Splitting clause : Not applicable

10 Price variation clause is applicable details given in the Annexure to the tender.

11 All other terms and conditions as per IRS Conditions and as per ECoR documents available in website www.eastcoastrailway.gov.in and www.ireps.gov.in.[
