SUBJECT: Send Off Party

The Drama Club of the St. Thomas technical High School proposing a party for the Drama club
members on the school grounds to show the appreciation for their hard work. The proposed date
is wednesday, 5th July 2017. This event is to start at 1:30 pm and end 5:30 pm. The target
amount of children for this event is seventy (70). To facilitate these students we are requesting
the use of the art room.

The aim of this excursion is to:

Thank the children for their hard work in the drama club as well as their placing in the
youths got talent
To de-stress the children after their exams
Be a sending off treat
Reunite all the members of drama club that stop attending

The Drama Club of the St. Thomas technical High School proposing a movie day for the Drama
club members on the school grounds to show the appreciation for their hard work. The proposed
date is Thursday, May 11, 2017. This event is to start at 1:30 pm and end 4:30 pm. The target
amount of children is seventy (70). To facilitate these students we are requesting the use of the A
step room beside the sixth form building and a projector from the resource room.
