Ballots will be mailed to all registered voters by Friday March 19, 2009 and must be returned to the Village
Center (2450 E. Quincy Ave.) by 7:00 p.m. on Election Day.
You MUST be a registered voter in order to vote in this election! To check your registration status visit the
Arapahoe County Voter and Election Information website at www.arapahoevotes.com. To register to vote pick
up a registration form at the Village Center or download the form at www.arapahoevotes.com. All registration
information must be submitted to the Arapahoe County Clerks office no later than Monday March 8, 2010, in
order to vote in the April 6 Municipal Election.
All of the above-listed Mayor and Council members may run for re-election in 2010.

List your receipts one activity at a time in the lines below. Use a separate line for each activity and participant. Attach your
original itemized receipt(s) that includes the participants name, address, name of agency, name of activity, activity fee and
activity date(s).
The amount of reimbursement shall be 50 percent of the cost incurred by the resident; however, reimbursement costs shall not
exceed a maximum of $50.00 per single activity, per resident to include memberships and passes. The purchase of a monthly
membership or multiple use pass is considered a single activity. The amount of reimbursement for an annual membership or
pass shall be 50 percent of the cost incurred by the resident; however, reimbursement costs shall not exceed a maximum of
$500.00 per household. There is a total annual maximum reimbursement for all recreation activities of $500.00 per household.
Please check HERE if you would like to donate your Recreation Reimbursement to the Citys Land Donation Fund, for the
acquisition and protection of parks, trails and open space lands in Cherry Hills Village. Your donation is tax deductible and
the City will send you a tax receipt. Please direct $________ of my households eligible reimbursement to the Land Donation
