*Softwarewillbecourieredafterminimumof4to5workingdaysofreceiptof
remittanceinourbankaccount.

*UsuallyChequeClearancebyBanktakesminimum2&Cashdepositminimum1
workingday.ConfirmatoryEmailwillbesentonreceiptofremittance.

*Usuallyittakes23daysbytheCourieragencytodeliverthesoftware.

*HenceAllowminimumof7to10workingdaysforsoftwaredeliveryafterreceiptof
remittanceinourbankaccount.
Fordirectdownloadusersallowminimumof2to4days.

*UsersareRequestedtoAvailDirectDownloadfacility.Itwilltakeonly5to10
Minutestodownloadasoftware.IfourapprovedCourierserviceisnotavailable,
thenUserisexpectedtodownloadthesoftwaredirectlyfromourwebsite.
PurchasercaneitheraskforDirectDownloadofsoftwareordeliverythroughcourier
service,bothmodesarenotpermissible.

*Passwordforstartingthesoftwarewillbegivenafter2workingdaysofreceipt
ofUserCodefromthecustomer.AlluserCodesshallbesenttogether.

payapenaltyofRs1000.0perSoftware&sendcopyofPANCardandaddressProof
bycouriertoreceivePasswords.UsershallalsosendanaffidavitonRs100.0stamp
paperthathehasnotalreadytakenthePasswords.
Noemailattachmentsareallowed.

*AllcommunicationshallbeStrictlythroughEmailonly.NoAttachmentsAllowed.

*Remittanceshallbefullamountwithoutdeductinganytaxatsource(TDS).

*NotethatoursisaConsultingEngineeringoffice&notabookstall.
AnyunnecessaryEmailsorPhonecallssuchasforFollowUporExpediting
softwaredeliveryetc.willbechargedatRs1000perPhoneCall/Email.

*CourierPOD/Documentdetailswillbegivenonrequest.Purchasershall
coordinatewiththecouriertoensuredeliveryaftergettingdetailsfromus.

CustomersrequiringveryurgentSoftwareDeliveryand
passwordshallpay3timesthesoftwarecost.

*AnyInstallation/SetupClarificationsshallbesortedoutbyuserwithin20days.
Wewillnotentertainanysubsequentclarificationsduetoanychangesinuser's
computer,unlessnewLicenseispurchased.Weprovidesetuptechnicalsupport
onlyonce,andnoteverytimeaUserformatsthePCorchangestheWindowsystem.
PriceofSoftwaresdonotincludeanyafterSalesService.Customershallpayforany
service/Question/Guidancerequired.Minimumamount=Rs5000.0

AnyPenaltyimposedbyBankshallbebornebycustomer.

*IftheSoftwaresenttoacustomerisreturnedbacktousduetoImproper
AddressorPersonNotFoundoranyotherreason,thenSoftwareswillbesent
forthe2ndtimeafterreceivingbacktheSoftwaresfromthecourieranda
DDofRs250/fromthepurchaser.ItisImportanttogiveCompletePostalAddress
includingPincode,Phone,Cellno.contactperson'snameandEmailaddress
whileplacingorder.

*SoftwarePricesarefixedasgiveninourorderform.Nocommunicationswillbe
entertainedondiscountorrebateetc.Wheneverasoftwareisrevisedorupgraded,
usercanbuythenewsoftwareasperprevailingrateswithoutanyrebate.

*ForCashdepositsaddRs250/extrapertransaction

Interactive,UserFriendly&Simple&donotrequireanyGuidanceorComputer
