Nomination (Duration = 35 days ) Interested personnel form each discipline will be nominated by respective Manager to register on PMP program on this period

Internal Training & Simulation (Duration = 40 – 60 days )

Internal training will be perform at the office after office hour for 23 hours/day

Trainers will be invited and perform class room session.

Simulation will be done using external application.

Evaluation (Duration = 35 days )

Evaluation will be determined based on several criteria:

Attendance ( 75% 80%)

Achieve certain simulation passing grade or

Passing preexam questions

Extensive Training (Duration = 5 ‐ 7 days ) (Duration = 57 days )

Extensive training will be conducted after evaluation period (screening)

The training will be full day training and to be held outside of office

Study Time (Duration = 3 ‐ 5 days ) (Duration = 35 days )

Personnel who are selected to join extensive training will be given automatic paid leave

The automatic paid leave to be used for exam preparation and study

EXAM (Target 1 st Exam = December ‘15)

Exam is a computer based exam

Location is at Prometric Center

Required passing grade 62%
