Unit 72 Assignment 3 Document Production

To check for spelling errors, I clicked on the book at the bottom left side of the page.

This brought up a menu to the

right hand side of the screen called
Spelling. This brings up all the spelling errors.

The first was Klax. This is correct as it is the name of

a game so it isnt an error. For this one I clicked
ignore.
The next was Luminas which was the same, it is a game name so it is not an error. I clicked
ignore again.
Another is Bomberman which is exactly the same, I clicked ignore.
The next was Ota which is a place in Tokoyo, so I clicked ignore again.
The same scenario with the game names, Bloons is correct so I clicked ignore.
Robotnik is someones name so it is correct, I clicked ignore.
Prower is also a name so I clicked ignore as well.
Echinda is the animal that knuckles is, so it is correct again, I ignored it.
Fulfill was spelt wrong so I corrected it to fulfil by clicking add.
Eggman is a name so I clicked ignore.
 I also had to ignore all the Japanese words that it didnt recognise.
The spell check is complete.

As you can see by the screen shot below. I have made 3 versions of the treatment so that if one messes
up then I have another two that are okay and can still be used. These are saved on my One Drive

I have also backed up this document so that if it gets lost on the computer then I have other places
that I have saved it so it can still be used. The backup is saved on the computer. I also have the three
copied saved on my One Drive.
