Plaintiff International License Exchange of America, LLC respectfully moves this

Court to stay all deadlines in connection with the above-captioned lawsuit for a period of 30

days. The Parties have reached an agreement in principal to resolve all claims asserted in this

case against Defendant and are in the process of finalizing a written agreement. In light of the

agreement in principal and contemplated dismissal, it is requested that the Court stay all

deadlines in connection with this litigation while the Parties finalize their agreement, up to and

including June 19, 2017.
