GREETINGS--Happy spring! Your academic year is winding down, but here at CPP, we are just starting our
spring quarter. Be sure to keep on top of the admission application process and meet all of your deadlines. If
you have questions, please feel free to ask. All the best--Rhonda Ostrowski, Recruitment & Retention
Coordinator, Huntley College of Agriculture

ADMISSION INFO:
>General info about the admission process: Admission is competitive. After meeting basic admission criteria,
freshmen are ranked and admitted by Eligibility Index and transfer students are ranked and admitted by GPA.
Admission offers are made to the best applicants, starting at the top of the ranking list, and then we work our
way down. As applicants accept and majors reach capacity, admission will close for those majors.
>Many offers of admission have already been made. Additional students may be admitted based on the
number of students that accept or decline their offer of admission. You should have a back-up plan for another
school.
>Admission status definitions:
--Application Received--Your application has been received but has not yet been processed.
--Provisional Admit--Congrats, you have been admitted pending your final transcript. You will receive email
notification from the Admissions Office. Pay your Enrollment Confirmation Deposit. Submit your final
transcript. Follow all deadlines.
--Ready for Review, Ready for Decision, Decision Pending--Your application is complete and is pending review
to determine admissibility. It will be reviewed if additional applicants for your major can be admitted. You
should continue to meet deadlines on the chance you are admitted.
