Special agent to improve the fastness for pigment Dyed/Printed goods.

PRODUCT FEATURES

SUPERCLEAR XTRA improves the wet rubbing fastness of pigment

dyed/printed material without affecting the original shades of the
fabric.
SUPERCLEAR XTRA considerably improves the washing fastness of
pigment dyed/printed materials.
SUPERCLEAR XTRA helps to get soft handle especially for knitted
goods, most likely reactive printed ones, by means if reduction in
the amount of binder in printing paste.
SUPERCLEAR XTRA improves the colour yield.
Usage of special chemicals (e.g. fixing accelerators, additional
crossliking agents, etc) is no longer needed in printing paste.
SUPERCLEAR XTRA reduces the pilling tendency of the fabric after
washing.
SUPERCLEAR XTRA helps to save energy and increases the
utilization of curing machine by reducing the printing and curing
time.

Polymer based crosslinking agent.

Solubility product miscible with water in any proportions

APPLICATION
SUPERCLEAR XTRA is a special auxiliary to improve wet fastness and
washing fastness of pigment dyed/printed cellulosic fabrics.
SUPERCLEAR XTRA should be prevented to come in contact with anionic
material.

SUPERCLEAR XTRA is applied by padding method to the dried fabric
after printing. Care should be taken that no finishing material is existing
on the fabric before pigment printing. If needed, softening auxiliaries can
be added to the recipe and also by the way finishing process might be
shortened. Best SUPERCLEAR XTRA application is performed by the
following guide recipes:
Padding after Pigment Printing

SUPERCLEAR XTRA 30 50 g/l

DEFINDOL KONZ 2 g/l
ADASIL HS/BELSOFT 200 10 30 g/l

Recommended parameters:

Drying : at 110 120 oC

Curing : at 130 140 oC, for 2 minutes or
Shocking Curing : at 170 oC for 1 minute

Pigment Plain Dyeing (Padding Method)

SUPERCLEAR XTRA 30 50 g/l

DEFINDOL KONZ 2 g/l
ADASIL HS/BELSOFT 200 10 30 g/l

Recommended parameters:

Drying : at 110 120 oC

Curing : at 130 140 oC, for 2 minutes or
Shocking Curing : at 170 oC for 1 minute

In case of Fastness Problems

Following padding recipe is recommended for the fabric with bad wet
and/or washing fastness:

SUPERCLEAR XTRA 30 50 g/l

DEFINDOL KONZ 2 g/l

Recommended parameters:

Drying : at 110 120 oC

Curing : at 130 140 oC, for 2 minutes or
Shocking Curing : at 170 oC for 1 minute

Since it is difficult to remove the finishing auxiliaries which have already

been applied to the fabric from the pigment fabric, recipe mentioned
above can be applied directly by considering th amount of wetting agent.

HANDLING AND STORAGE
Storage stability: at least 3 months

Product should be protected from frost. It is

recommended to store
in closed warehouse at temperatures between 5 oC 30
o
C. If cloudy
appearance is happened during storage period, it is
recommended to
filter the product before usage.
