Delhi University kicks off admissions

with 6,000 applicants
The Delhi University admission process began on Monday with the rst day of Open

need not submit their forms in a rush and have time till June 12.

"Students awaiting results can submit their registration form by choosing 'Awaited' in the
drop-down menu of 'Results Status' on 'Academic Details' section while lling the form," said
Gurpreet Tuteja, deputy dean of students' welfare.

However, students will have to fulll the minimum eligibility criteria when the cut-off lists are
released during the admission window.

ONLINE REGISTRATION

Introduction of online registration process last year has, however, left parents and students
confused about the number of courses they can choose as several asked if they can apply
for multiple courses from a single form.

The students will be allowed to select courses of their interest through a single registration
form.

Parents leaving the session organised by Delhi University ocials had a smile on their faces
as they reected satisfaction with the brieng by admission committee. Shalini Gupta, who
