1- Azcoflex TR (Trafficable) (15L)
Acrylic based
Is a trafficable, high build water based
acrylic waterproofing membrane
designed for use in areas of infrequent to
moderate foot traffic. Azcoflex is UV
resistant tough and durable but still
flexible. When cured it gives a seamless
waterproofing membrane with excellent
water ponding resistance, low dirt pick
up and good thermal shock
stability.(WPR) water ponding
resistant.Azcoflex is both a
waterproofing membrane and a
trafficable coating.

Coverage: Depends on porousity and

texture of job reinforced 2L per m2
unreinforced 1.5L per m2.
Uses: Flat Roofs, decks, terraces,

2 - Azcoflex WPR (Water ponding

Looks Better than paint!
Azcoflex WPR is marvellous to
waterproof most exposed areas,
including areas which are subject to
ponding from time to time. Typical
application a flat roof.
Azcoflex an external waterproof and
weatherproof skin to building and looks
better than paint. Azcoflex can be
coloured to provide the aesthetic
appearance required.

Azcoflex wpr is suitable for both

horizontal areas and walls and is a
waterproof barrier for severe weather
conditions, wind driven rain, salt spray
and UV exposure.Azcoflex can be used
with or without reinforcing fabric.
3 - Azcoseal (15L) (delivery only $10

Azcoseal is an extremely versatile
product that seals protects and primes.
Azcoseal is an effective and long lasting
sealer against water penetration, wind
driven rain and salt spray. When cured it
forms a tough resilient coating in a satin
semi gloss finish.

weatherproof barrier against water

Uses: Seals and waterproofs porous

4 - Crystoflex (2 pack cementitious +
polymer waterproof membrane) 30kg
Crystoflex is a 2 part waterproofing
membrane comprising of a liquid
component of selected polymers and a
powder component of selected cements
fillers and aggregates. When mixed
together it forms a brushable or rollable
slurry it provides a strong, hydrostatic
pressure resistant flexible waterproofing
membrane. Crystoflex complies with
AS/NZ standards 4020; 2002 testing
with products for use in contact with
drinking water.

Coverage: depends on job condition,

porousity of walls generally 1 kg per m2
Uses: Concrete tanks, ponds, pools,
fountains, retaining walls and water
features.
5 - Crystoseal (Waterproofing by
crystallisation) 20kg
Duram crystoseal is a waterproofing
slurry containing waterproofing crystals
which grow into concrete surfaces to
create a waterproof barrier inside the
concrete. Typical applications would be
negative side of concrete or retaining
walls. Merely add water mix and apply.

Coverage: 1-2kg per m2 must do 2

coats
Uses: Foundations, basements, tunnels,
retaining walls, ponds, pools and
underground structures.

S900 is a clear liquid designed to be
applied to porous tiles, grout and other
surfaces to provide a waterproofing
barrier against leaks and rain. IT has a
high ph deep penetrating siloxane
waterproofing solution. Duram s900 is
an effective waterproofing solution that
stops leaks without lifting tiles or
changing the overall appearance of the
surface.

anti slip coating. Multithane +

The ultimate in an anti slip coating in a
single can. Rocktuff is a single pack
liquid applied polyurethane coating that
can be brushed, rolled or sprayed. No
more 2 pack systems which are difficult
to use. Rocktuff is tough yet flexible,
will not flake or crack, has good

15 - WB Primer 15L
Economical general purpose water based
primer for use on porous substrates to be
