Of Course this is not the exhaustive list. There could have
been more files / important cases under process in my
office. I may, therefore, not be held responsible for
any lapse in the cases which were under process in
my office on and before 20th January, 2009.
d) My PA Room and the computer were also physically withdrawn
from my access without any written orders.
e) My personal staff (Stenographer, Office Clerk and the Naib
Qasid) was withdrawn without provision of any substitute.
f) By withdrawal of Office Space / Staff and the Equipment I have
been made completely disfunctional and non operational as
Chief (Education) in Planning and Development Department.

V. If the Administration Section was hell bent upon
dislodging me from my office, some responsible officer
should have discussed the issue with me while I was
available in the office from 8 am to 5 pm on 20.1.2009.
These are the bare minimum values which are pre-
requisite for an organizational behavior.
b) The above actions of the Administration Section are against
the norms of courtesy and decency. My self respect as an
officer and gentleman is injured and trespassed. This has
disturbed my peace of mind and I feel that with the current
state of mind I will not be able to perform my duties in such an
uncertain and discouraging situation.
c) Such act of discrimination has sent a wave of shock and
frustration among the officers who have misfortune of being a
member of service cadre other than the DMG. The officers of
Planning and Development cadre feel frustrated upon the
disgraceful behavior of Administration of the P&D Department
with an officer who has rendered 27 years of meritorious
service in the organization.
d) In the current position i.e. without an office space, personal
staff and the equipment I am not in the position to perform my
duties as Chief (Education). This could delay implementation
of the important decisions announced by the Chief Minister
and the Chief Secretary, the responsibility of which will lie with
the Administration wing for making me disfunctional.
3) May I request you good self to kindly intervene in the matter and
provide me justice by taking the notice of administrative
discrimination done with me. My office, office record, personal
staff and the equipment as referred in para 1(c,d,e) above may
also be restored to enable me perform my duties.
