Shucking has worked hard and been extremely responsible. She has always strived for excellence and has overcome her own
fears so she can have better trainings. She has succeeded in improving not only her teachings methods, but also her English and
social skills. Shucking has all the requirements for being a model for her fellow colleagues: smart, hardworking, patient, driven

B1. What are his/her major achievements and contributions in the jobs?
Shukching is responsible for helping more than 40 students improve their conversational English skills.
During the project Shukching has overcome herself so she can offer more to her students. Her dedication and sense of responsibility has
allowed her to significantly improve her teaching abilities helping as create thus a very successful project we are proud of.
B2. What do you consider to be the employed students weaknesses and areas for improvement?
It is hard to pinpoint something lacking. Perhaps Shukching needs to become less shy, but she already did a lot of progress in this
direction during the project.
B3. Any other suggestions/comments?

I would like to thank you profoundly for the opportunity to work with such a lovely, responsible and talented person like Shukching
Wong. It has been a great pleasure and honor for us.
