Civil Service Sligibility Under ep. Act 10BG as amended by Kep. Act 19ti "this Office has observed that in appointment Proposals for persons witose civil service eligibilities have been granted under the provisions of tepavlic Act 1080 as awended by itepublie Act 1844, it is the practice to place in the space for eligibility the bar or other board examination in which the proposed appointee has qualified and to add thereto "wirst Grade.” 1t would thus appear that the bar or board exawination is equivalent to first grade civil service eligibility regardless of the nature of the position to be filled.
