AIMS:

1. To reactivate students' schemata;


2. To practise and learn the usage of simple past and present perfect simple;
3. To differenciate between the simple past and the present perfect simple;
4. To encourage students to learn English language through dialogues, games, conversation;
5. To develop reading, writing, speaking and listening skills

Activity 6 5 min. -to practise -T draws two faces on the board, one on the left and one on

lived in the 15th century. The person on the right is called

Practice speaking and -T divides the class into groups of 5 and 6, and then asks the Speaking GW
writing skills students to imagine that they are going to interview Brian and Reading

report back to the class.

Use 5 min. -to use correctly -T organises the class in pairs and asks the students to ask Speaking T-Ss

A. Put the verbs in brackets in the Present Perfect or the Past Tense:
