(visit www jutsuniaw.com) |. am writing to you in eamest conceming an ongoing fraud investigation by our firm and myself, now passing its 5" year and centering around two purported mortgage lending investors named Mr. Scott Michael Duffus and Mr. Keith Bowness. ‘The issue and of grave concem, is that both parties cannot be found and verified, yet have been entered into the Ontario ‘Superior Court of Justice and have been granted judgments through the Milton, Brampton and Toronto courthouses. However, after an exhaustive almost 6 year search for both parties we are unable to locate them, which raises grave and serious concems as to the propriety and legality of illegitimate persons being entered into court and being granted far reaching judgments for expropriation of real estate properties. [have been personally ensconced within the Ontario Superior Court of Justice for 3 years wherein the agent of the missing persons Marc Ruttenberg, is seeking an interlocutory injunction against me that | may never meet or speak with them in perpetuity. The court file is # CV-12-445268 with title proceeding Marc Ruttenberg et. al. v.Gerald Jutsun et. al ‘Through this court process and with a tabled motion hearing for April 10, 2015, | will present a definitive and compelling ‘argument that the missing persons are in fact illegitimate and | believe Scott Michael Duffus is in fact deceased. | have given swom testimony to various Justices at the Toronto Ontario courthouse located at 393 University Ave., over the last 3 years and have maintained that Scott Duffus is deceased albeit | have been unable to find a legal death certificate. ‘At 10:00 AM, April 29, 2015 at Osgood Hall Court, | will bring a motion before the Honorable Justice David L. Corbett, compelling the production of both Scott Duffus and Keith Bowness. However, my initial concem gave rise to a serious and alarming cautionary call to the former Attorney General Chris D. Bentley in 2010 that there were major incongruence’s and suspect actions transpiring within the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. That matter was also subsequently referred to his successor, Attorney General John Gerritson, since retired ‘The matter has been circuitously diverted and forestalled while many parties, including the late and eminent journalist. Peter Worthington as well as the CBC, were notified of this extremely dire and profound abuse of court authority and usurpation of the Ontario Courts of Justice. Mr. Worthington had demanded the production of Scott Duffus as well and was rebuffed with no satisfaction, He unfortunately died shortly thereafter. The body of evidence is overwhelming that has been amassed over the last 5 years and in fact, | gave a final ultimatum to the purported agents of both Scott Dutfus and Keith Bowness, that if they were not produced in person by the close of business at 5:00 PM, Friday, March 27, 2015, then | would alert yourself, the Attomey General of Ontario to the matter at hand. In fact, they were not produced nor has there been any forthcoming production of these persons, notwithstanding that | even offered $500,000 with a Consent fo Judgment, if they were legitimized with their ID being verified and authenticated. Instead, | was felled with a motion to have me imprisoned, but which was dismissed and with costs against their purported agent, Mr. Marc Ruttenberg and his solicitor Mr. Glen PerinatLam unwavering and entrenched in my belief that a highly egregious and nefarious action has been felled upon the ‘Superior Court of Justice of Ontario. This has come about with the last 5 1/2 years of my life completely ensconced in searching for and validating simple Plaintiffs that have been entered into court and successfully obtaining court orders for repossession of properties under alleged private mortgages. The issue as | know you can understand, is that no Plaintiff can be illegitimate, deceased without heir or legal assigns, or completely unaware that their name and persona is being Used to lend private mortgages and then subsequently obtain court orders for powers of sale that were the result of ambiguous defaults. | have also stated in swom testimony, that Scott Duffus is dead albeit by suspect means. This implies that something much more sinister is afoot and the action for injunctive relief being sought against myself, is to ensure that I can never ‘speak with or meet these persons for the rest of my life. | can only theorize what transpired with Scott Duffus and where his remains may exist, however this must be verified by investigative law enforcement agencies. | believe this is a serious and grave matter for the Ontario Provincial Police to investigate and for which they have proper Jurisdiction for the provincial Ministry of the Attorney General. The court motion hearing will be proceeding on April 29, 2015, 10:00 AM at Osgood Hall, however this does not obviate or defer any action that you may feel appropriate to execute with immediate effect. | believe the matter is dire and grave enough to invoke the intervention and immediate investigation of both Scott Duffus and Keith Bowness, notwithstanding that if Scott Duffus’ body is not produced and verified either alive or dead, police must execute a thorough search for his remains. In this matter and for the sake of Mr. Scott Michael Duffus, | hope | arn wrong, but a simple matter of fraud could have been expunged and adjudicated upon if both persons had simply been produced and validated over the last 3 years. In fact two other missing lenders that were finally found, have since stated they were unaware of their names being used for the same interlocutory injunction. In fact there may be others as well and through a routine and well orchestrated process. I would tender my assistance and full support for any law enforcement action that you may deem necessary to protect the integrity and safety of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. There is a voluminous and considerable body of evidence ‘that fully supports my standing and for which the last 5 years has been unblemished and without fragility or surrender. am available to yourself and your assigns and designates with immediate effect. | believe Commissioner Vince Hawkes of the Ontario Provincial Police is familiar with my presence and imprimatur, and | can certainly assist and support any directions and actions undertaken and crystallized. Should you or your office require direction and information, | am available at any time for discussion, review or meeting in person as well as source materials and the means to exhume and verify these missing persons.
