accept your spot! Contracts are due by Thursday, May 26th with payment.

 Extracurricular Choir Contract

By signing on the bottom of this page you are agreeing to the statement below:

I will be at every rehearsal and will only be granted 2 excused absences when
participating in an extracurricular choir. I agree to pay the required fee of $20 if I am in one
group or $30 if I am in two groups. I agree that being involved in an extracurricular ensemble
comes with performances and sectionals outside of the school week that require mandatory
attendance. I agree that this is a year-long commitment. By signing this contract, both students
and parents are also agreeing that not having a ride for rehearsal, is not an excused absence.
Many students in each group drive and car-pooling is a viable option.

Please return with payment by Thursday, May 26th. You may use money in your student
account for this fee. All checks should made out to OEHS.
