THE HUMBLE APPLICATION OF

THE APPLICANT ABOVENAMED:

MOST RESPECTFULLY SHEWETH THAT:-

1. The Applicant submits that, the Applicant is the

original Petitioner and the Opponents are the original
Respondents, where the present Petitioner has filed
the aforesaid Public Interest Litigation being Writ
Petition (PIL) No. /2017 as being aggrieved by the
inaction of the Respondents/Opponents in reviewing
the OBC list and implementing the Mandal
Commission recommendations and the guidelines
issued by the Honble Supreme Court in the Indra
Sawhney Case regarding the exclusion of
advanced/affluent Castes/Tribes from the scheduled
reservation which has resulted in abuse of the
affirmative action by the advance affluent class of

OBCs and defeated the mandate of the casteless

society under the Constitution thereby, preventing the
benefits to reach the genuinely needs OBC
beneficiaries.

2. That in the above captioned Writ Petition, rule came

to be issued by this Honble Court vide an order dated
_______.

3. The applicant submits that, the said matter has not

been listed on board for hearing since long and till
date none of the respondents have filed their reply in
the captioned matter, therefore, it has been more than
4 months has been passed the matter has not been
listed on board for final hearing and also the matter
requires urgent consideration by this Honble Court for
adjudication. Hence, the applicant has preferred this
civil application for fixing date for early hearing.

4. And thereby, in lieu of the above mentioned facts

and circumstances, it is extremely essential for the
fixing of date of the mentioned Writ Petition (PIL)
No.____/2017 and same needs to be adjudicated at
the earliest in order to meet the hands of justice
considering the situation of the present Applicant.

5. The Applicant submits that as stated hereinabove the

Applicant has not filed any other application in any
other court including this Honble Court with respect to
the subject matter of this application.

6. The Applicant, therefore, prays that this Honble Court

be pleased:

(A) Your Lordships may be pleased to allow this

application.

(B) Your Lordships may be pleased to fix the date of

Writ Petition (PIL) No. _____/2017 in the
interest of justice.

(C) To pass any other and further orders as may be

deemed fit and proper.
