Terms and Conditions:

1 No corrections shall be permitted after the proposals are open.
2 Goods shall be delivered and are subject to inspection and acceptance by the bids
and awards committee or its authorized representative.
3 Liquidated damages equivalent to 1% to the amount of award will be collected each
day of delayed delivery.
4 Bids shall be accompanied by a bid security, payable to the municipal government of
ManoloFortich in the form and in amount equivalent to the following:
a Cash, Bank Guarantee, cashiers check, managers check, bank draft, or
irrevocable letter of credit- 2% of ABC
b Surety Bond 5.00% of ABC

5 The Bids and Awards Committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive
any defects therein which is considered advantageous to the government. The
conditions sets forth are hereby accepted into.
