President Obama's NASA Budget Should Be Approved : NASA should get a budget

cut due to its useless spending. Obama wanted to cut down NASAs budget to free up

some cash to pursue other scientific endeavors. Obama may no longer be at the table

but that doesn't mean his plan isnt. Things such as cutting the constellation budget and

introduce commercial flights to space are two of the things he wants. It may not seem

good but there are things we dont need to know and there are things that would save

lives to know. It's better to think about now then to dwell on the very far future.

(Congress Criticizes NASA on Shuttle Safety : NASA was accused of taking

unnecessary risks in some of their launches. This started arguments inside the

congress that even brought up shutting the entire program down. This was brought up

by Joe L. Barton who is the representative from Texas. Yet NASA spoke out with their

words having wings and convinced the congress to keep funding.)

(Lunar Outpost : Lunar outposts are the future of space colonization. Astronauts will

use these colonies to have longer more extended stays on the moon. There plan is to

have these colonies eventually be self sufficient and let people live there for the rest of

their lives. This will allow scientists to study prolonged effects on objects or people

themselves. This project will require much funding and more research to put into reality

but they are confident that it will someday)

(Legislative Environment : At first the space agencies only cared about getting people

to space and the moon but now since that's in less demand NASA might need a new

way to get funding. Satellites are an extremely important instrument for modern society.

Yet getting satellites into orbit is very difficult and was illegal. Yet the legislative branch

was shown that with NASA helping 3rd parties getting their payloads to

space was not only benefiting americans but also help fund nasa they allowed 3rd party

payloads on NASA ships.)
