It has been a very intensive three days and we are very pleased with the level of participation and respect that you
showed to the facilitators and the cooperation you gave towards the successful process. We have no doubt that you
will do well in this round of the training once you give it your all. Please be reminded of the following:

1. The Leadership Development Action Plan (L.D.A.P) becomes due on or before April 15, 2016 . The template is
on your thumb drive.

2. The implementation period is from May 9 - July 29, 2016 but please be reminded that you cannot begin
implementation until your L.D.A.P. is approved.

3. Your portfolio becomes due on or before August 12, 2016.

4. In the section for "Cohort #"on the Action Plan, please type BC2 which means Bursars Cohort Two.

5. The Action Plan MUST be uploaded to Website/C.M.S.

6. We have attached the presentations and reading material for your perusal..

Round 1
