Accidents/Incidents
Improvement Issues
PPE
Employee Concerns
Positive Observations

Feedback from employees is encouraged.

The purpose of these walk arounds is not to replicate the Planned General
Inspections so there is no requirement to follow the General Inspection procedure for
reporting. However, if any obvious serious hazards are identified these should be
raised and followed up by the local management.

Managers must keep personal records so that they can ensure they cover the areas to
the schedule and to maintain continuity of their visits.

From time to time HSE General Manager will issue topics that should be followed
up in the Management walk arounds.

The notes from each Management walk around are recorded on the Managers' Note
Form shown in Appendix 1.

4.5 Administration

The co-ordinator reports monthly on the percentage completion of the Management

walk around system and positive and negative observations.
