Job Profile My responsibilities include;

Responsible for Strategic Planning & Management of Material required at RBL Plants for
Production Operations (Packing, Raw , Operational, Preforms, Labels, Tetra Material)
Responsible for Production Plan Development, Material Requirement Planning (MRP),
Material Execution from Warehouses & Suppliers, Inventory Control and Management.
Organizing structure for Material Retrieval through Coordination with all Warehouses like
East W/H (Tajpura), Agility W/H, Raaziq W/H, and Glaciers W/H.
Contingency Planning of all Resources & SOP verification
Coordination with Production Department; Managing Material, Logistics and Supply Chain
Operations accordingly
Plant Warehouse Management according to running Production Plan
Coordination with Procurement Department for Planning of New Purchasing
Familiar with Administrative & Operational Aspects of Procurement in Industrial Concern
Having good knowledge & command over Purchase Requisition Note (PRN), Purchase
Order (PO Number Generation & Approval), IGP, Store Receipts, GRNs, Payment
Request Forms (PRF), Accounts/Financial Procedures, AGO, OGP, Warehouse
Transfers, Miscellaneous Inwards/Receipts, Return to Suppliers, Material Wastages, QA
Inspection Procedures, AIBI Audits.
Making sure that all freight receipts and deliveries are carried out in time
