He should take warmth and wear a scarf. He should also go to the doctor. He
should avoid taking cold things. He should be aware of the medicines
prescribed by your doctor.

And you shouldnt

He should not self-medicate or leave home. He should not go out in the cold
without a coat or a scarf. He should not take cold things. Neither should much
be left in the sun either.
 I feel very
tired all the
time.

She should have coffee. She should stretch. She should go to the bathroom to
get your face wet. She should take an active pause. She should rest a little. She
should sleep a little more at night, and she should search the internet for other
options to rest better at night.

And you shouldnt

She should not continue working like this. She should not adopt a humped
position. She should not stay awake. She should not be late on the cell phone
or working on the computer. She should not leave that matter to chance.

I have fever
and a terrible
headache.

temperature should be taken. He should put a damp cloth on your head. He
should rest a little. He should take good shelter. He should wear a scarf.

should not walk without a scarf. He should not be barefoot. He should not take
cold things. He should not bathe with cold water. He should not be on the cell
phone or on the computer

I have a sore
throat.

syrup. He should rest his voice. He should talk softly.

out in the cold. He should not walk without a scarf. He should not self-medicate.
He should not leave the matter unresolved. He should not scream
