Welding Procedures:
Advanced Welding System makes writing reliable Code-checked
welding procedures a simple task. Just create a PQR by entering
the information in the input screen (dont worry about making a
mistake, the program notifies you before allowing you to continue).
Upon completion, you may create your WPS by referencing the
supporting PQR. The program takes all the essential and
supplementary-essential variables from the supporting PQR,
references the correct version of the AWS Code, and creates a
perfect WPS, every time. Advanced Welding System lets you do
in minutes what would normally take hours (including time spent
referencing Code books).
Welder Performance Qualification Records:
Once the basic information for your welder is entered, just input
the few details about the weld (process, joint type, position, etc.)
and the program creates a Code-checked WPQR. It is just that
easy to use, they can literally be done in just a few minutes.
Welder Performance Documentation and Continuity Log:
Advanced Welding System helps keep your welder information
maintained, accurate, and up-to-date. Entering your welders
continuity data is easy, and automatically recalculates the time
needed before re-testing. Reports with detailed information can
be printed to display information critical to your company:
The Expiration Report helps you keep your welders qualified.
You can set the report to list every welder set to expire within a
given time frame.
Welder Inspection Log:
Keep a detailed log of your welders rejection rate for all types of
weld process and NDE. Inspections types provided for include
radiographic, ultrasonic, magnetic particle, liquid dye penetrant,
visual, as well as custom user-defined tests. There is a report
showing each welders cumulative monthly totals - welding inches
inspected, inches of defects, and failure rate for each NDE type.

Advanced Welding System has an innovative report engine that
allows you to sort, filter, and group the report data the way you Operating Systems
want to see it, then either display the data on-screen, print it, or Supported:
save it as a PDF for backup, email, or posting on an intranet or Microsoft Windows 2000
secure web page. Documents (WPS, PQR, WPQ) are printable in & XP
the AWS recommended format. You can print them individually
such as a single WPS or in groups, for example, a WPS along Minimum System
