BW Data ReconciliationSupport Analyst is a global coverage role, typically with stakeholders like:

BW Data Reconciliation Support Analyst will supportassigned marketsin scope of relevant reconciliation process. The scope
might change as requirements change.
Leadership Responsibilities
Purpose of Role
BW Data Reconciliation Support Analyst provides seamless BAU support for serviced markets & stakeholders by validating data
integrity mainly between SAP ECC and BW, informing markets of differences found and owning and driving the resolution
process in a timely manner. Doing all the abovewhile adhering to the global processes& the control environment.
Prepare data reconciliation for supported markets and maintain the BW reconciliation framework.

Comply with CARM requirements: work in line with the CARM requirements of the Reporting System (maintaining strict
adherence with established compliance processes)
Act as a real team-player when it comes to dealing other parties working with BW and SAP, especially Teammates and the
BW Operations & Reconciliation Team
Qualifications
University or College degree in finance / accounting or IS
Work experience
At least 3-4 years working experience in a multinational corporate environment with exposure to below areas:
o Preferably good Accounting & Reporting experience (on SAP and/or BW)
o Experience with shared services process activities
o Experience in working with integrated software system (SAP End-user knowledge is inevitable)
o Experience of working in a multi-national financial environment
Relevant skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, customer focused attitude
Good accounting and/or reconciliation knowledge
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines, set priorities
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Active interest in different parts of the business / processes
Open personality and courage to challenge
Hard working personality, flexibility
Has customer focus to be able to build excellent relationships with relevant internal and external customers
Good business English, able to communicate effectively
