Am Mudassir Pasha. Am 23 years old. Basically am from kolar. I have completed my B.E mechanical engineering in c. byre gowda
institute of technology kolar. I did my p u and secondary schooling in govt junior college kolar. To tell about my family I have small family
of four. My fathers name is khaleel pasha and he has no more. My mothers name is gulzar begum. She is house wife. My hobbies are
playing cricket, internet surfing. As a fresher I dont have any experience so far but I will try to prove myself once given an opportunity.

As I am fresher, I need an opportunity to show my skills, hardworking for your company and I need a platform to improve my
skills in a reputed organization like yours. I read about your company and your company is the best for me for improving my skills.

Being fresher, I have no experience relate to work and organization. But I want to improve my working skills and knowledge about
the job. I cannot say that u am the best candidate for your organization sitting in front of you than other but surely I can say that I will put
my all efforts and knowledge which I gain in my institute and in my personal life for the growth of organization.

3) WHAT ARE YOUR STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESS ?

My strengths are self confidence, hardworking, get smile on face in any situation, work in planned way
Weakness- stage daring, never ashamed to ask small question from others, trust people easily.

4) WHY U WANT TO JOIN OUR COMPANY ?

As you know I am a fresher. I need a platform where I can improve my skills and myself too and I think this is the best and reputed
company where I can get lot of opportunities of improve myself where I can work for years with dedication without changing job.

5) DIFFERNCE BETWEEN CONFIDENCE AND OVERCONFICDENCE?

CONFIDENCE- Is a goal that is achievable, measurable and has a time limitation according to your ability.
OVERCONFIDENCE - it is a goal which is not measurable, no idea about timing.

6) WOULD YOU LIE FOR THE COMPANY?

Sir, it depends on the situation, usually I do not prefer to lie because getting success based on lie would never be call success. But if
my lie is for the benefit of the company and I know that majority of people would not get affected with this then I can lie.

7) WHAT MAKES YOU ANGRY?

Anger is human behavior, anyone can get angry its just how you control it and deal with it and I think I am good in that.

8) WHAT WAS THE TOUGHEST DECISION YOU EVER HAD TO MAKE?

Up to know I had not taken any toughest decision. Because I had considered every as a part of life, I did not felt that it is the
toughest because I believe in that emotions wont provide solutions to problems.

9) HOW LONG WOULD YOU EXCEPT TO WORK FOR US IF HIRED?

Everyone wants to make progress in life and even I do. As far as the company rewards me for my hard work I would be a part of it.

My outside interests are listening to music, browsing internet, and spending he some time with family and friends.

I hope Ill get salary according to the company standards and designation to which Im posting and it must be equal to my knowledge.

Sir Im not in a position and i am not a right person to rate you. you have more degree, knowledge and experience . am a fresher but as
a part of interview really i am feeling comfortable in front of you so i would like to give 9/10. i dedcut one mark because no one is perfect
there is always be a scope of improvement. i am really sorry if iam wornog anywhere thank you.
14) WHERE DO YOU SEE YOURSELF FIVE YEARS FROM KNOW?
After 5 years I would like to see myself as one of the best employee of this organization have ever had with some great responsibilities
so that you will never want to lose me. I want to see myself on a leading position so that I could give my best to our organization.
15) DO U WORK UNDER PRESSURE?
 Yes sir I can work under pressure. Because pressure is a part of job and life. I think it helps to improve my ability and skills.
