development opportunities. Develop Master Schedule for PreK-12 staff and students. Direct and
oversee curriculum and instruction and assessment process for system. Interpret and
communicate assessment data to staff and stakeholders. Ensure continuity and unity throughout
the system. Lead Home and School Association. Oversee MNSAA Accreditation and Strategic
Plan process. Administrative representative for local Continuing Education Committee. Oversee
business office responsibilities and budget for school system. Manage and evaluate the daily
educational operations. Plan, conduct and attend meetings with students, staff, parents, and
