The Hub provides information about the Americas FSO practice including
Vision 2020, FSO Culture, FSO people, service lines, accounts and business
development, experience management, offerings, big bets, knowledge and
more!

What is the KEY?

The KEY is our repository that contains proposals, go-to-market (POVs, webcasts,
articles, thought leadership etc.), learning materials, credentials subject matter
contact information, and work products for all service offerings
It has robust search functionality, allows browsing, and leverages strategic tagging
capabilities
Note: KEY vs. Discover Discover is the firm knowledge repository, it has open access
so can be used by anyone at EY. Americas FSO Advisory has not yet adopted Discover,
so until further notice, please continue to use the KEY for all of your knowledge needs.

Please note that this is not inclusive of all repository functions.

How do I edit my Discover People?

The Basic Information is pre-populated with your information from the HR


database.
Add a photo of yourself. This will also be visible in MS Outlook and Skype.
Enter other relevant information in the About Me section.
Enter your skillsets in the Ask Me About section.

How do I upload my Bio (CV)?

Scroll down to CVs section and then select Upload on the right hand side of the
page.
Click Browse and select your CV file, making sure that name of your CV is
unique by including your name and the current date, and then click OK.

EYDelivers is the common platform for FSO Advisory practitioners to efficiently


manage engagements and execute basic service delivery functions.

With EYDelivers, you can:


Plan and manage engagements throughout the engagement life cycle
(IDDDS)
Collaborate with your team mates, clients and third parties across multiple
geographies
Create engagement documentation and work products more effectively

Manage the review and approval process on your engagement

Manage multiple projects from one central location

What is a Team Site?

A Team Site is the common platform for FSO Advisory practitioners to manage
internal communications with their team, including strategy, leadership,
broadcasts about upcoming meetings such as counselling family meetings and
town-halls etc.

With Team Sites, you can:


Share general team information (events via a calendar,
leadership/colleague names, hot topics etc.)
Collaborate through discussion boards

Customize an internal space for your teams knowledge needs
