2. Terms of Payment: Option
40% T/T in advance for deposit. 60% balance should be paid after the inspection in factory by T/T before
delivery.
3. Time of delivery: 25-30 working days after receipt of prepayment.
4. Documents offered for Shipping and Customs Clearance:
1) Packing List
2) Commercial Invoice
3) Bill of lading
4) Certificate of Origin, if need, pls inform in advance.
5. Installation and commissioning and training:
Technicians will be sent to buyer place after the request within 10 working

The domestic fee of technician will be paid by supplier, the oversea fee will be
paid by the buyer, include air tickets, hotel and board abroad. The technical

80USD per day, if need translator, chargese is same to technician.
6 Customer Inspection
Option 1 Customer direct inspection in manufacturer's factory
Option 2 Customer 's representative inspection in manufacturer's factory
Third party inspection in manufacturer's factory, for example: SGS inspection

before shipping in factory or before load to ship at port of loading
7. Warranty:
The seller guarantees quality of the machines for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery, (not
including the wearing parts). After twelve months, parts can be replaced on favorable payment basis
