    Dear Sir or Madam,

    I am writing in response to your character reference request dated May 15 th for Ioana
    Onisor. Ioana has been a friend of mine for 9 years and an employee for two.

    We first met in the 9th grade in 2006. She was the best in our class, always having the
    highest grades. Her enthusiasm and positive attitude were infectious and she always tried to
    motivate me in different situations. She is always ready to learn more about any subject and she
    is very open-minded.

    When I opened my first business, a flower shop, Ioana offered to help me out as a part
    time florist. I hired her without hesitation and I can honestly say that the flower shop wouldnt be
    the same without her.

    Ioana is an incredibly loyal friend, just as she is an incredible employee. I could always
    find her in the shop working with pleasure. She was incredible with my customers too.

    I am confident that an internship with your company would help Ioana meet her potential
    and I am also positive that she would be a helpful and pleasant addition to your team. I
    appreciate your request and your time.
