Experience: room): Intervention Specialist serving grades 5-8 and Wintersville Elementary: grade 2
Head Lifeguard and Aquatics Director. Camp Notre Dame, summers of 2014, 2015,
2016, and current Supervised lifeguards, and swimming instructors, ran a swimming
program to teach children how to swim, created lesson plans, helped instructors modify
instruction and organized other camp events.

Missionary Work in New Mexico, spring 2016 Served as a classroom assistant for
Saint Michaels Association For Special Education in Window Rock, AZ. Lead a

Admissions
Volunteer with Special Olympics MD, June 2015 Guided athletes with special needs
helping them in various activities on the day of the event and preformed administrative
work before the games.
Field Experience in Education, 3rd grade fall of 2014 (East Garfield Elementary), 2nd
grade fall of 2015 (Wintersville elementary) assisted a classroom teacher with daily
classroom activities. This included teaching lessons, tutoring or assisting individual
students, as well as working with students in other tasks. This also included recess duty.
Swimming instructor and lifeguard. Camp Notre Dame, summers of 2011, 2012, and
2013 Created, carried out, and ran a swimming program for children ages 5-11.
Camp counselor, Camp St. Vincent, summer 2010 Worked with Homeless
Elementary School age children at a summer camp.
Eagle Scout, December 2012 Boy Scouts of America Troop 16: Lead the troop serving
in positions including senior patrol leader and troop guide. Organized activities for boys
ages 12-17, taught camping skills, first aid and other outdoor skills.
Dulaney District Summer Day Camp staff BSA, summer 2009-2011 Trained children
ages 7-10 in outdoor skills.
Personal: Experience working with children and young adults with multiple disabilities including
volunteer work with the special education department of Parkville High School.
