Improvement request:

EnhancetheBCSKeyFigurestoolwiththePeriodfeature.

Improvement reason:

Today, in the Budget Control System, you cannot report or process periodic evaluation based on Key Figures. Only annual reporting is possible
with transaction FMKFR01.

Solution
Improvement:

AsolutionisprovidedtoallowtheuseofperiodforallavailabledatasourcesintransactionFMKFDEF.

Thetermsfordatasources'Budgeting','AVC'and'Posting'intransactionFMKFDEFwillcontaintwonewfields'PERIOD_FROM'and
'PERIOD_TO' that allow the restriction of the calculation by period.

The "space" value for both fields is equal to the value "annual".

The '#' value means that the Key Figure tool shall process the calculation with the periods sent by the application. As example, sent by the
transaction FMMPPCLO.

The '+1' value means that the Key Figure tool shall process the calculation with the periods value equal to the period sent by the application. As
example,sentbythetransactionFMMPPCLO,added to the value '001'.

l The transaction FMKFR01 has been enhanced to allow the selection by period. 2 new input fields: 'Period From' and 'Period to' are available
with their respective F4 Help.
l The transaction FMMPPCLO has also been enhanced to allow the selection by period using the new Key Figure feature for period.

Benefit:

End users can do periodic reporting.
