Crayton Law Office. She specializes in employment law, criminal law, civil rights law, union negotiation
and social security. Ms. Crayton also consults regarding human resources and management, leadership
training and development, conflict resolution, team development and communications training and
development. She is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin since 1987. In addition, Dr. Crayton also
provides literary services, writing and communications seminars, communication and public speaking
training and ghost writing services through her company, Crayton Communications and Ghost Writing
Services. Since 1996, she and her associate writers have been working behind the scenes of the film
industry and book publishing industry delivering quality and timely results. Dr. Crayton is a Licensed
Minister. She is also responsible for the publicity for musician/saxophonist Hulon.

Born in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Dr. Crayton obtained a M.A. in Psychology, Guidance and
Counseling from the University of Northern Colorado, a J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law
School in 1986 and an Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership from Argosy University in 2016. She is retired
from the U.S. Army where she served as a Captain, Company Commander and platoon leader. She speaks
at public schools and co-created a historical scholarship for minority students at Florida State University
in Panama City.

Dr. Crayton is affiliated with the A.B.A., the N.B.A., and the N.C.N.W. She is the Legal Redress
Chairperson and First-Vice President for the Bay County Branch of the NAACP. She is the former
coordinator for Domestic Violence and for Home Life for the Department of the GFWC Woman's Club
of Panama City, Florida, and one of the founding members of the Women's Leadership Council of the
United Way of Bay County in Northwest, Florida. In Racine, Wisconsin, she served as a YMCA Board
Member, Big Brothers and Big Sisters Board Member and United Way Board Member. In her spare time
Dr. Crayton enjoys Tae Kwan Do and volunteering.
