with the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA), with official address at Southern
Poblacion, San Francisco, Camotes, Cebu for (and in consideration of) the amount THREE
HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P300,000.00) hereby SELLS, TRANSFERS and
CONVEYS and by these presents SOLD, TRANSFERRED AND CONVEYED to CEBU
PEOPLES MULTIPURPOSE COOPERATIVE, a cooperative duly registered with the
Cooperative Development Authority (CDA), with official address at Pasil, Cebu City the
following motor vehicle described as follows, to wit:

Of which we are the absolute owner.

We hereby warrant that said motor vehicle is free from any and all liens and that I
will defend the title and rights of the VENDEE FROM ANY CLAIMS of whatever kind or
nature from third persons.
