Behavior and Participation System
 Every day you have the opportunity to earn SIX behavior points and SIX
participation points.
 You start the day with a FIVE in BEHAVIOR and a FOUR in
PARTICIPATION.
 Your BEHAVIOR and PARTICIPATION grade is out of TEN points every
day.
BEAHVIOR POINTS:
LOSE GAIN

-Cell Phone -On task, when entire class is off

-Talking While Profa’s Talking task (going above and beyond)
-Not Seated During Instrucitonal
Time
-Inappropriate language, etc.

PARTICIPATION POINTS:
LOSE GAIN
-Bathroom or Water during class -Answering Profa’s Questions
-Not playing a class game -Winning Class Games
-Not completing a class activity -Class Activities

El Viaje al Exito

 Every day the CLASS the opportunity to earn CITIES on our VIAJE AL
EXITO.
 In order to earn a city, the ENTIRE class must be meeting the
expectations for the lesson or activity.
 After the class earns FIVE cities and completes the travel of one SPANISH-
SPEAKING Country, the ENTIRE class will receive a reward.
 If the entire class is OFF-TASK the class can lose a city on the VIAJE AL
EXITO.

There are THREE Class Rules.
1. Cell Phones and Mp3 Players must be TURNED OFF and OUT OF SIGHT
during instructional time.

2. Be silent while Profa. is talking.

3. Be seated during instructional time.

If you break the rules, you will have the following consequences:
1. Reminder.

2. Verbal Warning + Loss of BEHAVIOR Point.

3. Loss of BEHAVIOR Point.

4. CLEAN UP CREW + Loss of Behavior Point

5. PHONE CALL HOME + Loss of Behavior Point

6. REFERRAL + Loss of Behavior Point

7. Removal from Class + ZERO for Behavior and Participation.
