Agreement for sales of Waste materials

With reference to our meeting and discussion with you for sales of Waste materials the
management has decided to sale they said materials to you fbr one year started from 1't
October, 2011 under the following terms and conditions.

1) Waste materials for sale:- Waste materials such as Jhut, Patta, Waste cartons,
Poly, Paper Cone, etc. cleanout from our production floor and dump in to our
waste shed.
2) Quantity and period of lifting of waste materials:- Whatever quantity of waste
materials available in our waste materials shed, at least minimum once in a month
you have to clear.
3) Lifting and delivery of materials:- Waste materials sorted out by your labor in
our materials shed and be taken out at least once in a month. Garbage and rubbish
of the sorted materials to be cleaned out whenever available to keep clean the
factory premises.
4) Rate of the materials:-

Based on the total price you have to deposit before you lifting of the materials.

5) Validity and status of the agreement:- The validity of this agreement is for one
year(Twelve months). If the lifting and cleaning of the materials and garbage is
not lifting properly, the agreement will be cancellcd rvithout any notiCe.
6) Management of Softex Sweater has the right to cliscontinue or cancel the
agreement at anytime without any notice.

7) Security deposit:- The security deposit is Tk.200000.00 (Two lac) only.
