VA Reflection

Verbal advantage this semester expanded my vocabulary, just as last semester

did. My essays have engaging language, as well as helped me understand more words.

The individual packets have not only helped me learn about each verbal advantage

word, but it has helped me learn synonyms and antonyms for said word. My essays

display my understanding of these words, and they have become more interesting to

read. On top of that, it has made reading larger and higher level novels easier. Majority

of my tests received an A with an exception of one or two. I have been able to keep

these high grade throughout the year by not only reviewing immediately before the test,

but by reviewing a few times the week before. Doing the packets with my full effort has

assisted me towards my goal of passing these tests. I am sure that these words will

better my English, helping me at school and even past that.
