Agreement

Between

(Your Company Name)

&

Safe Enterprises (Private) Limited

Party A: (Your Company) organized under the laws in China, having its
office at (Your address) (herein after refer as (YOUR COMPANY) or Party A)

Party B: Safe Enterprises Private Limited having its office at 106, Parsa
Tower, Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi (herein after refer as SAFE or Party B)

This agreement is made and entered into on (DATE), by and between

(Your Name) and SAFE.

Whereas the two parties here agree to cooperate in pursuing any

businesses in marketing (Your Company Name) projects and services
(Which includes but not limited to (The Product) etc. in Pakistan on
case to case foundation.

1. This agreement is the fundamental cooperation framework for (Your

Company) and SAFE further cooperation, while Party B is granted
with full authority to act as (Your Company) representative in
regard to the bidding, negotiation and marketing for project
authorized by Party A.

2. Upon Party A or Party B informing the other party of project

information and both sides accept to precede this project together in
writing, immediately and automatically Party A and Party B would
stick an inclusive cooperation relationship in this project. (Your
Company) is liable to provide Party B a complete proposal for any
project, while party B should closely track the project, keep a good
and efficient communication with the clients to make sure the whole
project would go smoothly.
3. Any other condition/s, if adjudged by both the parties as necessary,
would be included as a supplementary clause/s to this agreement,
as and when required under the signature and seal of both the
companies and the same would be binding on both parties.

4. In the event of any dispute arising concerning the meaning of or the

enforcement of this agreement, the two parties will try to solve it in
good faith with mutual consent.

5. The validity of this agreement is two years, starting from the date of
signing this agreement by both parties. This validity shall be
extended upon the writing confirm of each side.

6. Party A confirms the price list for every product, and gives Party B
3% commissions based on Sale price of the products.

7. Party A will reimburse the agreed Commission amount to Party B

within 7 working days after receiving the full payment of the
product.

8. This agreement is made in two copies; each party received a duly

signed copy.
