1. Teacher gets response from the pupils about the usage of straw.
2. Teacher introduces new words using the word cards.
3. Pupils apply dictionary skill to find the meaning of the words in
ACTIVITIES context.
4. Pupils assume the ending (plot) for the stories using i-THiNK
thinking map (flow map)
5. Pupils recapitulates what they have learn in this lesson.

STANDARDS 4.1.2 Able to sing songs and recite jazz chants and poems with correct stress,
pronunciation, rhythm and intonation.
By the end of the lesson, pupils should be able to:-
OBJECTIVE a. recite the poem with actions
b. produce a foot puppet
1. Teacher recite the poem pupils listen and repeat after teacher.
2. Distributes a piece of paper. Teacher already pasted the poem in front
and back of classroom.
3. Teacher asks the pupils to take turn to go at the poem, read and write
the poem completely on the paper.
ACTIVITIES 4. Recite the poem along together with action.
5. Teacher guides the steps to make a foot puppet. (TB page 10)
6. Teacher provides and distributes materials needed.
7. Teacher guides the pupils to produce their foot puppets.
8. Teacher asks each group to present their work.
9. Class drillings and reciting the poem again.
