-Management of the cell sites of the complete network like cell
restrictions/Halting,Faults rectification and critical alarm handling
-Manage client services through a ticket management system
(SMS)& (Remedy) and Assist clients via outlook mail, Microsoft
Lync, Conference Bridge, Customer support call or WebEx.
-Handling network alarms for 2G, 3G and 4g Radio nodes.
-Area of work include working in OSS-RC, CITRIX, UNIX, MoShell .
