Lighting Information: Solutions:

There can be a reasonable amount of light
during the day if the weather is good. There
are some external lights outside, but the
lighting is fairly dim at night, due to the lack
of lighting there

especially for nighttime. Check the weather
before filming to see what the day will be
like, and plan filming from that.

Sound Information: Solutions:

There is reasonable amount of noise during
the day, but hardly any at certain parts of
the day. The area tends to be most busy
during the weekends and early mornings
with dog walkers.
Try to film during the week and in the
afternoon, when noise tends to be a lot less
than other times. Film in certain areas that
are quitter, to ensure less noise disruption
throughout filming.

Power Information Solutions:

video must be no shorter than 3 minutes in length. We would like a wide range of camera
angles and camera techniques used throughout, and to a professional standard. Ideally, we
want the music video to be aimed at people from 16-25. The story and location is left for you
to decide, but an upbeat storyline would be preferred.

Contingency / back up plans

Contingency Plan I am going to put a contingency plan in place, to ensure my production

does run as smoothly as possible, even if problems do arise. I am going to have back up
actors in place, in case the actors do not turn up, which will ensure I have an alternative if
needed. In addition, I am going to write up a contract that the actors will need to sign to
ensure they are willing to be in my music video and agree to the days I have suggested in
advance. In addition, I am going to get plenty of b-roll footage whenever the weather is nice,
to ensure I have a collection of footage on good days, which will allow my video to work
better. I am also going to have back-up days, which I can use if my production does not go to
plan, which will allow me to have an alternative decision to make if needed. In addition, I will
check the weather before filming to ensure it will be fine and allow the music video to work
successfully. Lastly, I am going to ask permission from the song owner beforehand, to ensure
they give me permission to use the song, and they know that I am making this music video.
