Anthony Andersen Named Professional Liability Claims Manager at Berkley

today that Anthony Andersen has been named senior vice president, professional liability claims
manager. He will be responsible for providing managerial oversight to the company's claims staff.

the design and construction industry over the last 25 years will be a valuable asset to our brokers and

Anthony joins Berkley Alliance Managers with more than 25 years of management and Architects and
Engineers (A&E) claims handling experience with leading insurance carriers. He has a wealth of A&E
claims and construction-related experience as well as knowledge regarding best practices and risk
management for A&E firms.

A resident of Central Valley, New York, Mr. Andersen holds a Bachelors of Business Administration
Degree from Iona College in New Rochelle, New York. He is a member of the Claims & Litigation
Management Alliance, Professional Liability Defense Federation, and the Board of Education for the
Monroe Woodbury School District.
