IT Masters Group aims to introduce a new Smartphone into the market in 2017.
The device will facilitate the daily tasks of the users and will also change the
economic situation of Vodaphonica.

Priority Matrix

The schedule is the least flexible because we have a deadline to deliver this
project so we have a limited time.
The scope is moderate flexible because we have to apply knowledge that we
acquired since the last months, in order to cause a good impact for our customers.
Resources is the most flexible because we have plenty of sources that we can use
to accomplish our project.
