Job Responsibilities:
RPG Retail Group
Handling floor operations in f m c g, coordinating with the regional merchandiser in
merchandise and operations.
Controlling shrink percentage, DAD, and maintain to grow the RG M percent.
Design and implement the monthly business targets for the store and coordinate with
commercial, Marketing and supply chain departments to effectively meet targets.
Identify new growth opportunities by monitoring sales and channel trends in retail sector
and maintaining quality standards. Maintain the gondola line as per schedule and also the
side caps as per other income agreements.
Forecast retail in-store sales for the quarter and manage inventory from diverse vendors.
Manage corporate clients relationships and institutional order management, with end-to-
end order and back-office clearing responsibility.
Conduct weekly meetings and quarterly evaluations and monitor the 27+ sales team with
effective coaching and training. Responsible for performance review and planning.
Coordinate between corporate office and end customer by providing utmost service and
helping make the brand stronger.

Handled retail, institutional and dealer network in the North Coastal region of Andhra

Set up new outlets through out the territory and helped retain existing outlets.
