The above rates are based on PER PERSON in DOUBLE OCCUPANCY or SINGLE OCCUPANCY on a HALF BOARD basis and are inclusive of 16% VAT, 5% Service Charge and 2% Catering Levy total 23%. These
rates are FIT rates and are not applicable for Groups.

Maximum Occupancy:
Standard and Deluxe is 2 adults and one 1 child up to a maximum age of 11 years and one baby cot. There are a number of interconnecting rooms available and if two rooms are booked
(Ie: for a family of 4). Prior request should be sent, well in advance and it is subject to availability.

Children Policy: The rate for an Extra Child Sharing (5 - 11) years is indicated in the tabular rate format (Page 1).
Kids Club for children aged 5 11 years is offered FREE of charge and is a supervised, animated daily programme( open from 0900hrs 1800hrs)
Baby sitter available on request, 24hrs advance notice should be given and a charge is applicable.

Per person, per day is Pound 9.00 and is inclusive of tax and service charge.
Full Board for Children 5 11 years is Pound 6.00 child per day

Less Pound 8.00 per person, per day of published half board net rate, not available during 23 Dec, 11 to 02 Jan, 12 inclusive.
The above rates include taxes & service charge.

Entertainment & Sport

- A weekly Sport's and Entertainment programme is offered free of charge, details are published on the resorts notice board and enquiries can be made through the
activities department.
- Free membership to the "Kids Club" and daily activities. Baby sitting and nanny services will be charged at the published rates locally.
- Tennis (flood lit), squash, table tennis, darts, are offered free.

Accommodation
As per net rate terms and conditions.
General
- Unlimited use of the Gymnasium and out door Jacuzzi. The gymnasium has an age restriction of 16years. Persons below the age of 16 years cannot use the facility.
- Free use of the children's crche' facility during stipulated operating hours and terms and conditions.

For MAP, FAP, restrictions apply. Clients dining (dinner only) in one of the a la carte restaurants a credit of Kshs.500.00 is given, locally. This is a non cash credit.
Bookings for A la carte restaurant options at the resort should be made through the Front Desk before noon the same day.

Cancellation and No-Show policy

In the event of a no-show, a cancellation fee will be charged at 100% for the entire booking.

If a cancellation is made after the release period the following is applicable:

Cancellation Policy: Winter 23rd Dec, 10 to 02nd January, 11 - 100% cancellation fee is applicable for the complete booking. 50% cancellation fee is applicable after the release period for all
other days.

We recommend that guests take out insurance against cancellation fees

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. Net rates correct at the time of going to print. Subsequent, necessary changes remain at the discretion of the resort and are beyond our control.
2. The contract is only valid if the hotel/resort is featured in an officially printed brochure or website.
3. Brochure Contributions: Any brochure and/or marketing contributions need to be agreed in writing in advance. Brochure contributions will be considered null and void in the event that the hotels
description and pictures featured in an operators brochure or website are not current.
4. The hotel/resort and /or representative will be allowed to check all brochure text and photos used prior to the operator publishing this in their official programme
5. The hotel/resort reserves the right to issue Stop Sale notices at any time. The hotel/resort will honour all reservations made prior to the release period and / or if a request has been confirmed by the
hotel/resort. If due to an overbooking situation the client(s) has to be out-booked the hotel/resort will upgrade to next category of hotel/resort, but will not agree to any additional cash compensation. The
operator will always be informed of such arrangements prior to the client(s) departure from country of origin.
6. The fact sheet, net rates and terms and conditions issued by the hotel/resort form part of this agreement.
7. The hotel/resort reserves the right to cancel this agreement if payment policy and cancellation policy are not adhered to by the contract partner.
8. By return of this contract please state clearly if you will advertise/feature the hotel/resort in a brochure or both or other.
9. Any and all disputes, controversies and claims arising out of or relating to this agreement or with respect to the interpretation of this agreement or the right or obligation of the parties and their successors
and permitted assignees, agree that the Courts of Kenya shall have jurisdiction to hear and determine and all disputes whether by operation of law or otherwise.
This contract must be signed and returned within (30) days of receipt, else terms will be considered null and void.
