The fire extinguishers that are located throughout the hotel are in locked cabinets without
access.
Broken electrical outlets, missing outlet covers and exposed electrical wiring are present
throughout the building.
There are unused openings in multiple electrical panels.

Throughout the hotel extension cords and flex cords extend through walls or ceiling.
